A situation that requires an individual to be completely honest to another person without knowing this fact is also called an unethical situation.

A situation that involves another person having to choose between the two types of situations is called a dichotomous situation. A situation that involves only one of the two types of situations is called a two-way situation. A situation that involves only one of the two situations is called a dichotomous situation. In this type, the person will need to be totally honest with another person and not choose between the two types of situations.

Situational judgment tests will have to be based on the situations that an applicant needs to evaluate. For example, if an employee has to work on a telephone hotline that is used only by a specific group of people, he or she will need to answer questions that pertain to his/her position or work. A situation will also need to be presented that would make a person think a certain way.

The questions that an applicant needs to answer are important because they help determine the ability of the person to handle the situations that will be presented to him or her. The actual assessment will take less than twenty minutes for an applicant to complete. The entire process takes less than fifteen minutes. A person can also receive the results of the assessment before it is completed in as much as five minutes.
